In late 2003 we had an idea for a technology company with a model that barely existed at the time.. After many months of sleepless nights and toying with the idea of how to make it happen, we took the leap of faith and on April 4, 2004, that idea was officially a Legal company and Synetek Solutions was born..

“This is an exciting time at Synetek, as we move towards the second decade of the company” said Mayron Herrera, President. Synetek has since grown to have presence in New York, New Jersey and Texas. Today Synetek not only providing technical support for clients, but also have expanded to offer Cloud based services, Voice Over IP Telephony and Application development. In 2013 the company saw a 40% growth in new business and relocated some of the corporate operations to a state of the art facility in Addison, Texas.
After Hurricane Sandy, we felt we needed to create redundancy in our Help desk and Network Operations Center. Our clients need us the most in crisis time and this new office give us that ability.” says Mayron Herrera. “From a business development side, the new office in Addison also has space for the Sales and Marketing departments and allows us to be centrally located to eventually serve clients nationwide” Said Vice President Jhovanny Rodriguez. “The goal to become a national company has been in the plans for Synetek since the company expanded to Texas four years ago”.
